It typically takes about 1 to 3 business days to book a driver from your initial available pickup date. However, the shipping timeline can fluctuate depending on the season and specific locations.
How long will it take to deliver my vehicle?
The average delivery time is approximately 1 day for every 300 miles. However, factors such as the driver’s schedule, road conditions, weather, and other variables can affect actual delivery time.
Can I put personal items in my vehicle?
We recommend not placing personal items inside the vehicle, as they are not covered by insurance in case of damage or loss. However, you may pack up to 100 lbs of personal belongings in the trunk. In SUVs, minivans, or trucks, store items below the window line with the back seat upright. Exceeding the limit may result in additional charges.
Does someone need to be present for pick-up and delivery?
Yes, someone must be present to release the vehicle at pickup and sign the inspection report. This person can be anyone over 18 years of age.
How far in advance should I schedule my transport?
We recommend scheduling about 10 days before your first available pickup date to ensure optimal pricing and timing. However, we accommodate last-minute requests frequently.
Do you offer door-to-door service?

No company can guarantee exact dates. If anyone does — buyer beware. We do, however, provide accurate estimates based on route and driver availability, and our team keeps you updated throughout the process.
What is the difference between Open Transport and Enclosed Transport?
Open transport loads your vehicle onto a 10-car trailer, exposed to the elements — it’s the most common and affordable method. Enclosed transport places your vehicle inside a covered trailer for extra protection, ideal for classic, restored, or luxury cars.
Is my vehicle insured during transportation?
Yes. By law, all carriers must carry insurance that covers your vehicle during transit. The driver’s insurance covers damage caused by their negligence.
How do I pay for auto shipping?
